To clarify, it was not David Day's performance that hindered the experience. Rather, it was either his collaboration with Flavia Leather, or Ms. Leather's shear incompetency as a loan processor.
David went above and beyond in every way to get this done!
David was available to answer all questions both big and small. He explained things in a manner in which we understood and always answered our calls.
