This was a complicated with many unexpected and unwanted delays due to an unknown probate issue. David was calm, solution oriented and communicated very well with all of those involved.
Out of anyone helping us to secure a house David was probably the most helpful with quick answers to most of the questions we had. Hopefully we can rely on David for help in the future as well.

We moved an industry typically reserved for big banks to a small business venue and it turns out we were on to something. Over the years we have grown, but our focus remains the same. We emphasize quality over quantity and can deliver well-advised, affordable loans to our customers with as quick as a 15-day close.
