David was extremely responsive and helped us through multiple offers. After we finally got an offer accepted, he ran dozens of scenarios on the numbers for us to put us in a good spot. We closed in 22 days.
The entire process was very streamlined. David answered all my questions and was accessible by phone and email when I needed him.
