Great, personal experience

Great communication. David answered all my questions and was very helpful

The apparent miscommunication between Mortgage Link and the first appraiser delayed closing by almost a month. Then I had to pay the second appraiser before he would move forward. (I think I was reimbursed by Mortgage Link but I am not sure....

lot of bugs in loading disclosure software was frustrating

David took extra care to make sure I understood every step in the buying process. He was available for questions, and was very efficient with my purchase. I would absolutely do business with him again.
