The days prior to closing were not very pleasant due to delays to complete the closing documentation, however, we were able to successfully close on the date and time as planned.
The happiest experience of our lives thank you very much David !

Communication remained strong and clear throughout the process. There could have been a better approach to setting up expectations, but our questions were answered promptly and the team always moved with a sense of urgency.
I felt he listened and found a positive outcome to each situation.
David was always very prompt with replies and made answering any questions we had a breeze.
Had to have estimate paperwork corrected a couple of times - also told David that we were interested in NOT escrowing several months ago & then was told much later there was a fee to remove the escrow account - this fee was not mentioned up...
