An amazing experience. Very responsive, great to work with, everyone involved in my house buying experience had only excellent things to say about working with David and his team.
It was not the process/result I was hoping for.
Low appraisal.
Low % back.
Rather than try and figure out how to get more money back, the number was just presented to me and a final alta was sent.
You made the process simple and straightforward. We knew we were in good hands!
David and his team were very informative and helpful through the entire loan process. We would highly recommend to anyone purchasing real estate.
