if I had anything negative to say (In which I don't) it would be in regards to keeping Pre-approved. Its a real pain to gather all the documents up. A little warning notice would have been nice telling you it was time to start working on it...

The communication was awesome! Always available to answer questions and they make sure I understood everything that was going on.
