David was very friendly, and his team were able to help us out with anything we needed along the way.
The communication was not super clear and a lot of emails were grammatically incorrect, making them hard to read. There was continued questioning about who was on the loan even at the closing.
We needed immediate assistance and they came through for us at an inconvenient time.
