My name is David Maldonado and I am an Associate Broker, Realtor with Arterra Luxe. I grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI and have a Communications degree from Michigan State University. I also completed my MBA while living in Guatemala, as I constructed and managed Real Estate properties. Along with my education background I have hands on experience with Corporate IT sales, management, construction, design, as well as international business and real estate experience. My target market is residential/commercial property within Oakland County and the surrounding Metro Detroit area.
