David Whiteman

After 19 years of owning and coaching small businesses David decided to take his love of real estate to another level. Having owned, rehabbed, flipped and rented homes of his own, it was time to activate his Real Estate license in 2013. In his first year, he was the top volume producer of a brokerage of 12 agents and doubled his gross sales in the second year toppling the 4 million dollar mark by the end of the third quarter. Having earned the respect of his peers through closed transactions as well as teaching other agents his techniques, David could not resist the pressure to start a team. DW Realty Group was born. As a group lead, he has worked to take on Realtors with passion and ability to build his team. At times, the growth had to be stopped to be sure that the quality care for the client was never sacrificed. The team now has a dedicated transaction coordinator and assistant. To always pay forward and give back, there has been the position of Apprentice added for agents preparing for licensure. This paid program teaches real hands-on day to day experience through shadowing, seminars, guest speakers and exposure to the real tools that Realtors use every day. David's past has been filled with small business exposure from owning his own service station and family entertainment center to serving as the President/CEO of the Greater Celina Chamber of Commerce. His community work has included presiding over numorous charitable events as well as Coaching youth recreational soccer for 22 seasons, Serving on countless community boards and committees as well as holding public office at the age of 20 years old.
