I feel the lack of communication & understanding was a factor in my decision.
Dave was kind and made himself available whenever we needed him. Communication was great and he even took the time to go over every page of our contract with us making sure we full understood the terms.
Dave would answer and explain any questions that I had in a timely manner.
Dave makes himself accessible as much as possible. Being a first time home buyer, through every step, he walked me through and it explained answers to the questions I had.
Closing on time
