Dave is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He also has lots of contacts to help out if needed. As a first timer in this space he was very nice about explaining things and helping me to understand what's going on.
Dave is the consummate professsional, the easiest closing I have ever had. Dave is a great communicator and responsive during the entire process.
