We’re were able to eliminate some debt but Dave found us a much lower rate ! Now we have more funds to enjoy our lives and do want we’ve wanted to with the house ! Thanks Dave !

Dave Summers did an excellent job. However, NM lending took an inordinately long time to process the application and waited weeks until the very last moment to require additional documents from underwriting which had already been sent weeks...
