Process was easy. Dave made sure we knew when we had items that needed signed so the process could flow easier.
Closed early. Rd loan went quickly due to services provide/underwriting before sending
I had problems qualifying for a loan that I was working on and Dave worked very hard to find a solution and allow me to keep my home in my cash out refinance.
