Dave Landin

Dave, your people took care of everything. It was very smooth working with the Mortgage company. The closing was done at our house so that made it very easy to close with the covid 19 going on. thanks again, Mike and Gloria Welch

I could not have found a more helpful, supportive, insightful, loan officer. Very pleased with my transaction.

My experience was effortless. The Mortgage Company really looked after my best interest. Time sensitive items were kept as a priority and my documentation was flawless. Honestly, a great experience!! Thanks TMC!! C.P.

Dave and his staff made this a very positive and stress-free experience! They responded quickly to every question, it appeared that each person knew what the other person was doing (where does THIS ever happen?), everyone was positive and pleasant...

Dave is the best Loan Officer I have ever worked with!!!

Dave bent over backwards to make us happy!

The Mortgage Company took great care if us and the process was easy.

Dave was on top of every step of the process. A pleasure to work with him!

Dave was great to work with, we had quite a journey getting to the closing table. No fault of Dave's but Dave did help my husband and I work through some obstacles and we were able to refinance!

My experience with Dave Landin and The Mortgage Company exceeded all my expectations! I completely trust Dave to find the right product for my need! That being said , I ask lots of questions and want to understand everything. Dave is so patient...
