    Be able to scan in paper work from your phone and they do all the work all you do is wait to sign the paperwork at the title company that’s the hardest thing and that’s only your name

    Dave and his team were very nice and responsive. However, my appraisal was done using the wrong floor plan that no one caught (except myself). Not sure if that was miscommunication on Inlanta's part, the appraiser, my realtor, or the builders....
