Be able to scan in paper work from your phone and they do all the work all you do is wait to sign the paperwork at the title company that's the hardest thing and that's only your name
It was great to have an expert like Dave reach out to us to help us save money! He really looks out for his customers and does what's in their best interest. The process of refinancing was so smooth and easy.
Dave and his team were very nice and responsive. However my appraisal was done using the wrong floor plan that no one caught (except myself). Not sure if that was miscommunication on Inlanta's part the appraiser my realtor or the builders....
