Made the whole process pretty easy as I was a first time home buyer and didn't know what I was exactly doing. Dave did a great job.
Be more clear with the closing costs. Don't change them multiple times. Do not send as many useless emails. Our final loan approval was sent the final day it was due. I was never comfortable.
