I shopped around a lot and Dave had the best rates by a significant margin. Great service as well on a difficult loan underwriting process. Highly recommend Dave & his team.

Tom-A pre-approval is based on providing required documents which you weren't able to do for CCM. My suggestion to get your affairs in order before trying to buy a home is due to having a brand new hourly job, bad credit, and no savings which...
