    When a local green bank decided we needed ridiculous repairs three weeks to close, we switched to Dart. They not only agreed on the repairs, they also made our original close date. Best mortgage experience in our lives.

    Amanda was pleasant, helpful and familiar with available products. Not her fault but her computer signature pad would shut off when moved.
