When we brought competing offers for loans, the response from davidson was delayed, and forced us into taking the loan from Davidson to avoid fees if closing was delayed.
If the mortgage rates were more competitive instead of just getting lame excuses. I understand about the yield spread on the rate but this was abuse. Other lenders were quoting .5% better.
