Darren was very good at communicating and was very knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question he’d answer quickly and thoroughly.
Darren and Rachelle were very nice to work with and we had no issues at all with the process. Very responsive to any questions.
The use of the app, plus email made for clear and consistent communication on what documents needed to be provided or signed, and when. This is our 3rd home purchase, and by far was the easiest.
The app on my phone made the process extremely easy. The ability to upload all required documents directly from the phone was painless and fast. Also, it made contacting the Home Loan Specialist very easy.
