I received timely responses to my inquiries. It only took less then 3 weeks to process loan. Darla was very personable to talk to.

I didn't really deal Darla, I dealt with Joe and he was fine but the second process if of this could have been faster or easier if it was just copied from the old file. I shouldn't have had to do work to get the error corrected. I will say...

Darla made closing on my loan practically painless. She was wonderful at keeping me informed as it progressed and it seemed to all go without a hitch. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire progress.

There is a check floating around for a loan payoff. I called the bank that the check was made out to, and there reply was they never receved the check and my loan was still active. I been trying to reach Darla and others, that I dealt with...
