Occurred quickly with a minimum of fuss. The only reason I haven't rated Shawn more highly is we actually dealt with someone else, an assistant (I think?) named Ashley. But the entire process was fine.
Daren's positive, helpful, thorough , and expert advice helped to put our minds and hearts at ease. Throughout the process of our refinance, he was extremely accommodating and responsive. We could not have had a more positive experience.
