Daphne was prompt and responded to our questions and concerns speedily. She kept us informed every step of the way from the beginning of the refinancing process to the end. She was indeed very helpful and we are happy for the services she rendered...

It was our first home, and we obviously had no idea what we were doing. She was so patient, even when we asked the same questions twice. Always available. Very informative and helpful and just very pleasant to speak with.

Daphne was great at communication and prompt in responding to my questions. She made sure everything was done in a timely manner.
