Great experience. Closing went great
He provided what he promised, even though the organization is not fair to every customer that I felt regarding long holding for interest lock and closing amount, I was told to provide a $5K discount but didn't receive it.

I got all the information upfront to make my decision on choosing the right loan option for me.
I signed the contract with First Texas Homes around November of 2021, but I was not given the option to choose the long term rate lock then. I was told that because of the delays we may not be able to honor the long term rate. Because of this...
