You guys made the closing process so much smoother.
Incentives and on time closing. It would have been greatest if there is more proactiveness and transparency around float down option.

Danny explained detailed well but, the rate provided wasn't competitive with other lenders. He charged 2% more comparatively along with 5k $ in points. When we compared with others lenders and we requested He was firm. So we were not happy.
Danny not transparent and sounds rude when it comes to interest rates discussions. my rate is .5 % higher than industry standards he was playing with seller credit
