See prior response. Local NAF personnel were helpful, but underwriting and processing were unsatisfactory. I work in consumer lending myself and was very surprised at how poorly the process went.

Love the weekly follow ups from the loan processor as well as routine communication of what is needed from the client along with follow up as to what the next steps are for the buyer. Communication and knowledge are fantastic
