James has been great to work with. He took really great care of our mortgage and now--refinancing. Goes above and beyond and is always available to answer questions.
Daniel wore many hats in our transaction. From firefighter, advocate, mentor, and educator he did them all and with a calm and helpful demeanor regardless of the scenario.
I had a short 30 closing timeline. James and Daniel gave me instructions and kept the process going to close on time. The other lender I applied to didn’t even respond to me with real quotes until 2 weeks after engaged with them.
The communication could have been better. The loan docs were signed and notarized on the last possible day before the rate lock expired and we were notified on that day of the urgency. Also, we never received anything stating that the loan...
