Ryun of The Daniel Sa Team was more than helpful and very insightful during my whole process. I highly recommend this group to avoid unnecessary stress surrounding the whole home buying experience.
My experience was great overall, however I felt my loan originator could have had better communication. He was not always clear on request, but he was able to assist us in closing early.
The experience was a bit frustrating at times but it wasn't anything we didn't expect. We felt that the team was very knowledgeable and very accommodating.

It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with someone but I assume Covid and working remotely was a cause.
The guys Ryan, Ryun and Kyle on this team were great. They were readily available whenever I had any questions or concerns ! I appreciated being part of the loop as they informed me on every step the process was going through.
They were very patient. The sale was not a typical sale.
