The loan process was super simple with Intercoastal.
Was told varying information. Like we would need zero out of pocket to close, than days before closing was told need several thousand dollars.
More communication everything was done through a device and alot of the stuff that needed signatures wasn't explained so we felt like we were signing things that we really and truly had no idea what we were signing.
The communication throughout our process was not there. We were told different things by different people and it just seemed like confusion at times.
Daniel was on time things, he made everything pleasant and smooth. We are so thankful for having him help us with this procedure.

You guys pretty much handled everything & the overall process was fairly simple. Some stuff was a little confusing to read through all because this was my first mortgage purchase. But the overall process was great.
Answered all questions promptly. Knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process.
