Thanks for responding quickly whenever I had questions about the documents that were sent/requested.
Most people on the team were not very responsive. No one went over the process with me and it was difficult getting in touch with people during the process. I had to call multiple people multiple times in order to finally get an answer.

Too many email from too many different people (11 at last count). Conflicting/duplicate instructions and requests. It didn't seem like anyone in particular was "in charge" of my application.
The process was simple and I felt guided every step of the way.
