The level of ease and accessibility made the whole process great.

Mr. Daniel himself was great and always very helpful. However, some of the staff lacked that same sense of assistance/customer service when it came to explaining and confirming documents before signature throughout the loan process.

When we had questions about anything, there was always someone that would give us answers in a timely matter. Easy to work with, great customer service with any home building concerns with the housing market for financing.
