    All went great initially. My two issues: 1) redundant paperwork review / signing due to prior loan application (basically had to restart)...and 2) communication leading up to setting a closing date seemed to be lacking. Simply didn't know where...

    Daniel knows lending! He was such a blessing during my home-buying process! He stayed in constant communication with me via email, phone and text. He gave me hope that I could close when I needed to and it happened!

    Daniel was communicative, patient, and encouraging throughout this experience. He came to my closing and it made me feel like I had a partner and not just a lender. When I sale this home I'll be coming back to him for the next place!
