    I've always found the mortgage or refi process somewhat condescending and demeaning. Given our credit ratings the demands of lenders are both excessive and unnecessarily intrusive. Yes, we want the loan, but lenders also wish to make loans...

    Dan worked very hard with me for over a year to complete my refinance. There were some hurdles to overcome that took the process much longer than expected. Dan was patient and stuck with me to see the process through.
