Professional and quick action were this most notable highlights. The unusual, and sometimes NA, document requests (along with a few documents requests multiple times) would be the improvement opportunity.
There were some obstacles with the appraisal, but the team did a great job working through them and keeping the process moving. They communicated well, addressed the issues promptly, and helped make sure we were able to close successfully....
