Was very difficult to get details in writing. When I did lock, the wrong option was locked. Fees were increased. He didn't respond to my request for management support to see what could be done about his mistakes. His admin is completely incompetent....

Even on a 2-4 unit property, which held it's own peculiarities, Daniel and the Movement Team made this loan process seamless and quite effortless.
There were two separate times where I was not given information about charges that I obtained during our closing. We’re not happy about it. It ended up costing us over $15k more than we thought we had to pay.
