Dan was great to work with. The lady that did inspection had 0 communication skills. She made the process a month longer then it needed to be.
Dan was GREAT. The rest of your process is poor; serial and each next person finding one "issue" at a time (Justifying their existence ?). The notary was great but the paper signing process was torture.
