No contact when we called no communication at all
Daniel is the best. He was so patient and stuck to his word. Highly recommended.
The communication was terrible. Closing was postponed and no-one informed us. Had to send some items multiple times. Heard closing was confirmed the night before closing. Just a terrible experience all the way around. Extremely stressful.

Communication must improve. We went days without hearing anything, then would get frantic communication requesting us to immediately move mountains. With more open communication, the entire process would have been much smoother.
