If we would have had better communication throughout the process. I had some difficulties with the Fairway portal.
The communication
Victoria and Dan were awesome. They replied back to me in a very timely manner whenever I had questions. Victoria just had a baby but made time for me to answer any questions I had! Dan was awesome and made this process very smooth.

Victoria Williams did a fantastic job working with us, despite being out of the office on PTO. She was always there to answer our questions and very professional.
Be straight with people and tell them if they will get USDA or not. Don't waste time with getting paperwork to clients. If you say you going to let them know that day, then follow up with it. No one wants a delay in closing.
