Daniel kept us informed of our loan status and was very prompt in returning E-mails and messages regarding documents that were requested.
Communication was very good, everyone was pleasant, thorough and timely.
He tried to help us anytime-
Dan was quick to respond to questions/requests, and communicated very clearly throughout the entire process. It was clear that he knows what he's doing, and that made the whole process less stressful.
He's a breadth of fresh air compared to the previous leader we might have used.
