Always available when I had questions. The online format and electronic signature made life much easier. Having a mobile notary come to the house helped immensely.
Always got back to me right away if he couldn't pick up. Always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Very friendly and very helpful and obviously he was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.
We have used Daniel for several home purchases and refis. He is the only lender we recommend and use. The service he provides is a 10 every time! We have never had a lender this GREAT!!!!

I believe in strong work ethics and good communication. Before I was in the lending industry I worked as a Fire Fighter for California Dept of Forestry for seven years. I fully enjoyed it and took my experience in working as a team and relying on one another to my current position as a loan originator.
