We had amazing service!!!! Lana and Heidi always went out of their way to answer every question we had. You guys are amazing people and made the process so easy.

The only thing I found frustrating was repeated requests for documents that I had already uploaded. My copies clearly included all pages of bank statements, and I was being told only the first page showed up on your end. This happened twice....
