Dane was knowledgeable and receptive to the uniqueness of self employed income variables.
He was diligent and on point to get all relative data and packaged the financing properly.
Dane is by far the most helpful and efficient loan officer I have ever dealt with. No nonsense, to the point and he was able to tell me within an hour if my loan was feasible. No issues and no surprises through the entire process.
He is supportive and detailed oriented.

It is always great working with Dane. The only thing I was surprised of is our mortgage went up $5000 and I would have like more of a monthly reduction. I think the increase may have been because the escrow account.
