Dana has always worked hard to coordinate the loan process. There was some confusion in the back office but we worked thru it.
Multiple times documents were presented to us incorrectly. We were consistently barraged with documents that were not presented in a timely manner for signing.
Dana and his team were the best! They were always there for questions and help getting all the necessary documentation for the loan application together. I especially was grateful for the quick response time whenever a message/ email was sent....
