Easy to work with
There were excessive requirements to complete the process. Some seemed to need personal information that was not pertinent to the loan request.
Friendly demeanor and very professional.
The loan process was much more detailed and painful than I had anticipated. I assume that is because of the new underwriting rules/laws that are in effect. Given that, Dana was great at navigating us through all that.
Very easy and super nice people to work with, explained everything to us that we needed to know, would definitely recommend NFM Lending to friends and family
