Dan was a pleasure to work with. I went through the pre approval process in no time and was able to start putting in offers immediately. There were some glitches in the closing cost with the title company but Dan worked them out.
Dan stayed in touch through out the entire process sometimes a few times a day. Die to the difficulty of obtaining a mortgage on a mobile home he was very attentive.
Dan did an excellent job handling the mortgage process. From pre-approval and the way to closing. He did extra work on his end so I could receive a tax credit. Was able to get a better interest rate than we planned on and a closing credit.
