    Most difficult property transaction I have ever completed. Documentation asks were slightly absurd. Counsel given was the opposite of positive and affected us in a negative financial way. Third parties involved called Caliber “aggressive.”

    It sounds like it isn't a Caliber issue and more of an investor issue, but the amount of documentation I had to provide was frustrating - especially already being a customer.
