The week prior to closing when there were still issues with the numbers, the lender team was difficult to reach and did not return phone calls or emails. Dan was out of the office a lot which led to a lot of communications delays.

I take pride in anticipating my borrowers’ needs and exceeding their expectations every step of the way. Outside of work, I’m a proud father of eight and have spent many years coaching my kids in various sports. Now that they’re older, I enjoy having more time to relax, fish, and spend a few afternoons on the golf course.
