More accurate information presented prior to close
Too many people involved in the process
There were a large number of bumps on the road as BNC learned the refi process in Texas. What kept me around was the open communication from Dan and the willingness of him and BNC to hold themselves accountable for the problems.

What I enjoy most is helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership and ensuring the process is smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I take pride in anticipating my borrowers’ needs and exceeding their expectations every step of the way. Outside of work, I’m a proud father of eight and have spent many years coaching my kids in various sports. Now that they’re older, I enjoy having more time to relax, fish, and spend a few afternoons on the golf course.
